YuTech Consulting

Privacy policy

Effective September 12, 2026

This policy explains what information YuTech Consulting LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“YuTech”, “we”, “us”), collects through www.yutechconsulting.com (the “site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the site only. Work we do for clients is covered by our agreements with them.

Information you give us

When you use a contact form, we collect the information you enter:

  • your name and email address;
  • your phone number and company name, if you provide them;
  • your project budget and timeline, if you select them; and
  • your message.

If you email or call us directly, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see how the site is used and how quickly it loads. They record anonymous information such as the page you visited, the site that referred you, your approximate location (country, region and city), and your browser, operating system and device type. They don’t use cookies and don’t identify you. Vercel Web Analytics groups page views using a temporary hash of the request, which is discarded after 24 hours.
  • Hosting. Our host, Vercel, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Images. Some images on the site load directly from Unsplash, which receives your IP address and browser details when your browser requests them.

How we use information

  • to reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible project;
  • to provide services you ask us for;
  • to understand and improve the site;
  • to keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse; and
  • to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don’t sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and the business:

  • Web3Forms, which delivers contact form submissions to us;
  • Vercel, which hosts the site and provides its analytics;
  • Google, which provides our business email, where inquiries arrive; and
  • Unsplash, which serves some of the site’s images.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Do Not Track and third-party tracking

The site doesn’t track visitors over time or across other websites, and we don’t allow third parties to do so through the site. Because of that, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.

Cookies

The site doesn’t use cookies. See our cookie policy for details.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiries and related emails for as long as we need them to respond, to work with you, and to keep business records the law requires. Web3Forms keeps copies of form submissions for up to three years before deleting them. Analytics data is anonymous.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing evan@yutechconsulting.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, and within any period the law requires. We may need to keep some information to meet legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as objecting to certain uses of your information. If you’re in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we use your information to respond to your request before any agreement is made, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the site. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections to the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The site isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Where information is processed

YuTech is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

Changes to this policy

We’ll post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we’ll say so clearly at the top of this page.
