Pricing

Premium work. Small-business pricing.

Websites start at $1,500. Software, design, and automation start at the prices below. You always get a fixed price in writing before any work begins.

Every project is quoted individually. The prices on this page are estimates to help you plan, not a fixed menu. Your actual quote comes after a free discovery call, based on what you really need.

Cost & timeline

What a website costs

Quoted to fit

Software, design, and automation

These projects vary more than websites do, so each one shows an estimated starting point. Here's what a first project usually looks like and what moves the price — your exact number comes from a free call and a written quote.

    Estimate · quoted per project

Hire me to build it and the full design fee comes off the build. Website design is always included.

    Most projects start with

A redesign of the screens that matter most, as a clickable prototype you can review before anything is built.

    What moves the price

    • Number of screens and flows
    • Whether you need a reusable design system
    • Rounds of revision

How a quote works

  1. 1

    Free discovery call

You tell me what’s in the way. I ask a lot of questions.

  2. 2

    Written scope and quote

A fixed price for a clearly defined scope — what’s in, what’s out, and when it lands.

  3. 3

    Build, with no surprises

If the scope changes, we agree on it in writing before any extra work happens.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Are these prices fixed?

No — they’re estimates to help you plan. Every project is quoted on its own after a free discovery call, because two “simple apps” can be weeks apart. Software, design, and automation vary the most, so they show a starting point rather than a range.

Is the final quote fixed?

Yes. Once we agree on a written scope, the price holds. If you want to add something mid-project, we price the change and agree on it before any extra work starts.

How can you charge less than an agency?

No account managers, no sales team, no office overhead. You work directly with the engineer building your project, so you pay for the work itself.

What if my budget is smaller than the range?

Tell me anyway. There’s often a smaller first version that solves the most pressing problem, with the rest added later when it makes sense.
