Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of www.yutechconsulting.com (the “site”), operated by YuTech Consulting LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“YuTech”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The site describes YuTech’s services and lets you get in touch. Nothing on the site is an offer or a binding quote. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement between you and YuTech, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• interfere with the site’s operation or security, or try to access it without permission;
• send spam, malware or misleading information through the contact forms; or
• copy or scrape the site’s content for commercial use without our written permission.

When you contact us, please give accurate information. Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information until we’ve agreed in writing how it will be handled. We handle what you send as described in our privacy policy.

The site’s design, text, graphics, logos and code belong to YuTech or are used with permission, including photographs used under the Unsplash License. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use needs our written permission. Client work shown on the site belongs to its respective owners and appears with permission.

The site links to other websites, such as social media profiles. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content on the site is general information, not advice for your specific situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YuTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). These limits don’t apply where the law doesn’t allow them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and it applies from that date.
